I moved up to a larger book -I am reading a new book called "Made in the Shade". It's an awesome book to teach shading - For now however I just enjoy making one line and then seeing what happens next with the next line that I haven't spent time learning to shade. It is on my to do list..

First Zentangle

These are some of my very first attempts at Zentangle. I got the book and pens for Christmas and have been doodling every night since. I am hoping when I post more we will all see the improvement. Zentangle is a lot of fun and a great way to unwind after a busy day. It is easy to learn BUT I am sure hard to master. Some of the art work that is done in this style is amazing. Starting time

I have enjoyed so many blogs that I decided it's time to start my own. I don't plan to post to much but who knows maybe I will. I am also a horrible typist so you can expect typos and grammar errors - I think of them as part of the charm. I will also post my zentangle pictures here. I LOVE Zentangle. I have a lot to learn but for now I am enjoying just drawing what ever lines I feel like at the moment.
